1. Plan and execute risk-based audits covering investment lifecycle, NAV, and investor transactions
2. Review onboarding (KYC/AML), deal execution, valuation, Bank Reco, Reco of Holding statement, Trade Recon, etc.
3. Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF/PMS regulations and internal policies
4. Daily Supervise audit team member and review working papers.
5. Perform daily Quality Check of the work done by the team members
6. Provide guidance to team member on any amendment or new circular issued and audit-related matters.
7. Identify control gaps, assess risks, and perform audit testing
8. Prepare audit reports with observations, risks, and recommendations
9. Track closure of audit findings and escalate critical issues
10. Coordinate with fund managers, operations, and compliance teams
11. Daily status update to the Partner
