We are seeking a Junior Customer Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience to assist customers, resolve queries, and ensure smooth coordination with Customer and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, queries and Purchase orders via phone, email, and chat.
- Understand and resolve customer issues promptly with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Process sales orders accurately and on time
- Communicate proactively with clients about any delays, changes, or issues
- Maintain, file, and organize essential Purchase order documents
- Maintain & Provide order related documents to customers and internal team
- Provide basic product guidance, updates, and support to customers.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and ability to work with company databases.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and patiently.
- Team-oriented and proactive approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
