Job Details
- Position: HR Executive
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Payment Cycle: Weekly Payouts (Every Sunday)
- Salary Type: 100% Performance-Based
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Sales Executives and HR Executives.
- Conduct telephonic screening and candidate follow-ups.
- Explain job opportunities and onboarding process to candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and update CRM regularly.
Earnings Structure
- Income Stream 1 – HR Recruitment
Earn ₹200 for every HR Executive successfully onboarded by you.
- Income Stream 2 – Team Sales Earnings
Earn ₹50 for every product sold by Sales Executives recruited under your network.
Sample Weekly Earnings
- 30 HR Onboardings × ₹200 = ₹6,000
- 30 Product Sales × ₹50 = ₹1,500
- Total Weekly Income = ₹7,500
(Note: Actual earnings depend on individual performance.)
Payment System
- Earnings are calculated from Monday to Saturday.
- Payments are transferred directly to your bank account every Sunday.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good Hindi & English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls.
- Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in HR, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Recruitment, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Training & Support
- Complete onboarding and recruitment training provided.
- CRM and process training included.
- Ongoing team support and guidance.
