Car Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing automotive sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive vehicle sales by understanding customer requirements and recommending the right Maruti Suzuki models.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation and enquiry handling to test drives, booking, finance, insurance and vehicle delivery.
- Generate and follow up on leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, field visits, digital leads and local market activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversions through effective communication, product presentation and negotiation skills.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure an excellent buying experience before and after delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, clearly explaining vehicle features, benefits, variants and offers.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories and service teams to ensure smooth and timely customer deliveries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate customer records, ensuring no potential lead is missed.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase showroom enquiries and generate new business.
- Stay updated on products, pricing, offers and competitor models to confidently handle customer queries and close sales.
Candidate Profile
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with experience in automobile sales, showroom sales, banking, finance, insurance, telecom or other target-based sales roles will be preferred.
