Property Manager – Co-Living Operations
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our co-living properties. The ideal candidate should come from a hospitality background (hotels, serviced apartments, guest relations, facility operations) or possess relevant experience in the co-living / managed accommodation industry.The role requires ensuring exceptional resident experience, maintaining operational excellence, managing property staff, and driving occupancy and service standards across assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of assigned co-living properties to ensure smooth functioning. Ensure all operational processes are executed as per company SOPs. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service quality standards. Monitor infrastructure and ensure properties remain guest-ready at all times.
2. Resident Experience & Guest Relations
Deliver a hospitality-driven resident experience by ensuring high service standards. Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally. Build strong resident relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Gather regular feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
3. Team Management
Supervise on-ground operational teams including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff. Conduct regular training to ensure hospitality standards are consistently met. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service quality benchmarks.
4. Occupancy & Revenue Management
Coordinate with leasing and sales teams to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs. Ensure timely rent collections and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in renewal management and resident retention efforts.
5. Maintenance & Facility Management
Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance. Ensure all property equipment and utilities are functioning efficiently.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field. Experience4–8 years of experience in: Hospitality operations (Hotels, Resorts, Serviced Apartments, Guest Houses) Co-living / Student Housing / Managed Accommodation Property or Facility Management
