Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange conference rooms.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Welcome visitors and assist with front-office activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and courier services.
- Support various departments with administrative requirements.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹10,020.47 - ₹26,954.09 per month
