Role Overview
Plumeria Holidays is hiring a Holiday Sales Executive to promote and sell holiday packages for domestic and international destinations. The role focuses on engaging with potential travelers, explaining travel options, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls and enquiries
- Promote holiday packages and travel deals to prospective clients
- Understand travel preferences and suggest suitable packages
- Prepare travel proposals and share pricing details with customers
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through consistent follow-ups
- Work closely with the operations team for booking coordination
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales, telesales, or travel industry
- Interest in tourism, travel planning, or holiday packages
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Graduate in any discipline
