Technical Leadership

Lead a team of developers in the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring high code quality.

Set clear goals, assign tasks, and provide mentorship to foster a collaborative environment.

Application Architecture and System Design

Design scalable and secure application architectures.

Implement microservices and caching mechanisms to optimize performance and modularity.

Backend/API Development

Guide backend development with a focus on RESTful API and GraphQL implementations.

Support efficient data retrieval and seamless integration.

Microservices and Distributed Architecture

Implement and manage a microservices architecture.

Enhance modularity, scalability, and deployment flexibility.

Security and Compliance

Implement industry-standard security protocols including SSL/TLS, OAuth, and data encryption.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Process Management

Establish and maintain efficient development processes such as CI/CD pipeline management.

Conduct code reviews and manage task tracking using tools like Jira.

Documentation and Standards

Ensure comprehensive documentation for architectures, coding standards, and processes.

Promote consistency and operational continuity across development efforts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience

8+ years in application development with at least 2 years in a lead role.

Technical Skills

Frontend and Backend Technologies:

Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, and related technologies. Experience with frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, Express, and NestJS. Additional knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, GraphQL, and Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) for full-stack development.

Mobile App Development:

Familiarity with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile apps and experience integrating them with backend services.

Microservices Architecture:

Expertise in designing and implementing applications using a microservices architecture.

Database Expertise:

Skilled in NoSQL databases like MongoDB and relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of caching strategies including Redis and Memcached.

Cloud Proficiency:

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

CI/CD and DevOps:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for seamless deployment and automation.

GraphQL & API Management:

Proficient in GraphQL and API gateways for secure and efficient API traffic management.

Process Knowledge

Familiarity with Jira or similar tools, coding standards, and software development best practices.

Leadership Skills

Proven leadership experience in mentoring, fostering collaboration, and conflict resolution within teams.
