We are looking for a highly active, responsible, and ownership-driven Back Office Executive who can become the operational backbone of our recruitment and business support team.
This is NOT a routine desk job.
The role requires someone who can handle:
✔ Recruitment calling & interview coordination
✔ Executive assistant responsibilities
✔ Client communication & email handling
✔ Recruitment follow-ups & backend operations
✔ IT coordination & support activities
✔ Team coordination & process management
✔ Daily reporting, tracking & operational execution
You will work directly with the Director and coordinate closely with our Senior Talent & Recruitment Specialists.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be proactive and highly responsive
- Have strong communication and follow-up skills
- Be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Be willing to take ownership and ensure no operational delays
- Be active, organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
- Be comfortable staying connected beyond official working hours whenever required operationally
This position is critical to our business operations and recruitment cycle. We are looking for someone dependable who understands urgency, accountability, and consistency.
