Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive business growth in assigned territories. The role involves visiting clients, identifying new opportunities, and promoting company products/services while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Both freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of field sales experience are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
· Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and promote company products/services.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Provide product information and resolve customer queries.
· Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
· Submit daily sales reports and visit reports to the reporting manager.
· Coordinate internally for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
For Freshers
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
· Basic understanding of sales or marketing is an advantage.
For Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years)
· 1–3 years of experience in field sales / technical sales / B2B sales preferred.
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Experience in achieving sales targets and managing territories.TA/DA Policy
Travel Allowance (TA):
· Two-wheeler: ₹4 per km
Maximum reimbursement: ₹5,000 per month
Salary
· Freshers: Up to ₹20,000 per month
· 1–3 Year Experience: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
