Graphic Designer (Digital Marketing Agency) | 3+ Years Experience | Work From Office | Chandigarh
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who has experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative agency environment. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and be capable of designing engaging creatives for social media, digital advertising, branding, websites and marketing campaigns.
You should be passionate about design trends, understand digital marketing requirements, and be comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Create ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, display campaigns and performance marketing.
- Design branding materials including logos, brand identity assets, brochures, presentations, banners and marketing collateral.
- Create website graphics, landing page visuals, blog images and UI assets.
- Edit, retouch and enhance images for digital campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with client branding and marketing objectives.
- Ensure consistency across all visual communication while following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design, AI design tools, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Organize design files and maintain project documentation for efficient collaboration.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Advertising Agency is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and digital marketing work.
- Excellent understanding of social media design trends and digital advertising creatives.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.
Relevant experience and portfolio are valued more than formal qualifications.
