Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and network security.
- Coordinate with internet service providers for uninterrupted connectivity.
Hardware & System Support
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT assets.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of all IT hardware.
User Support & Helpdesk
- Provide technical support to employees across departments.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to systems, software, emails, and networks.
- Handle ticketing and issue resolution within defined timelines.
- Support employees in using ERP and business applications.
ERP & Software Management
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation teams.
- Provide first-level support for ERP software.
- Assist departments in data management and system usage.
- Ensure smooth integration of manufacturing and business processes through ERP.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Ensure antivirus and endpoint security solutions are updated.
- Monitor system vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain user access controls and password policies.
- Perform data backup and recovery activities.
Server & Database Management
- Monitor server performance and availability.
- Maintain backup schedules and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support database administration activities.
- Ensure system uptime and reliability.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and warranties.
- Track asset allocation, movement, and replacement schedules.
- Conduct periodic asset audits.
Manufacturing IT Support
- Support production-related software and systems.
- Maintain connectivity of shop-floor devices.
- Support barcode systems, attendance systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with production teams for IT-related requirements.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and AMC partners.
- Obtain quotations and manage IT purchases.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and system documentation.
- Prepare reports related to IT infrastructure and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT and information security policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Networking, Hardware, Cybersecurity, or Microsoft Technologies will be preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, networking, and infrastructure management.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
