We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our multi-brand women’s fashion store. The role combines retail operations, team leadership, visual merchandising, and boutique-style customer experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations & Sales
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, stock movement, and inventory control
- Ensure smooth opening & closing operations
- Monitor fast-moving & slow-moving products and optimize sale
2. Multi-Brand Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with multiple brands
- Ensure correct brand display guidelines
- Track brand-wise performance
- Coordinate with suppliers for restocking & new arrivals
3. Visual Merchandising & Layout
- Plan and execute store layout changes
- Ensure attractive window displays & in-store presentation
- Maintain premium look & feel like a boutique
- Update displays based on festivals, trends & promotions
4. Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise sales staff
- Create duty rosters & performance tracking
- Motivate team to achieve upselling & cross-selling goals
- Maintain discipline and customer service standards
5. Customer Experience (Boutique-Level Service)
- Deliver personal styling assistance
- Build relationships with repeat/high-value customers
- Handle customer feedback, complaints & custom requests
- Maintain a premium, welcoming store environment
6. Social Media & Marketing
- Manage store presence on Instagram & WhatsApp Business
- Coordinate daily posts, reels, and product highlights
- Promote offers, new arrivals, and styling ideas
- Collaborate with local influencers/models if required
7. Product Presentation & Styling
- Ensure perfect outfit combinations (mix & match styling)
- Guide team on fashion trends & customer preferences
- Assist customers in selecting complete looks (dress + accessories)
8. Boutique-Specific Responsibilities (Value Add)
- Handle custom orders & minor alterations coordination
- Curate exclusive collections & limited drops
- Assist in bridal / festive styling consultations
- Maintain fabric quality checks & finishing standards
- Suggest new product categories based on customer demand
9. Inventory & Buying Support
- Analyze sales data and suggest new stock buying
- Maintain optimal stock levels (avoid overstock/dead stock)
- Track size-wise and category-wise demand
10. Reporting & Business Growth
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports
- Share insights on customer trends & preferences
- Suggest ideas for increasing footfall & conversion
- Support owner in expansion & branding strategies
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
