We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction quantity surveying, cost estimation, billing, and contract administration. The candidate should be capable of managing project costs efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of QS activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
- Verify contractor bills and prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Monitor project costs, control budgets, and manage cost variations.
- Perform material reconciliation and quantity analysis.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and procurement departments.
- Assist in tender evaluation, bid analysis, and contract documentation.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project reports.
- Maintain accurate project records and QS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company standards.
Requirements:
B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing, estimation, and quantity take-offs.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
