Location: Vijaynagar 4th stage Mysore
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through Calls
- Resolve customer concerns in real time with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality standards and process compliance.
Eligibility:
- Experienced Candidates Only (Minimum 6 months)
- Good English Communication Skills
- BPO/Customer Support experience preferred
- Must be fluent in the “Kannada / Tamil & English” languages
