We're Hiring: E-Commerce Account Manager
Are you passionate about online marketplaces and e-commerce growth? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to join our growing team.
Location :: Delhi NCR (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
- Execute promotions, deals, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and marketing teams.
- Resolve marketplace issues, claims, and account health concerns.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and performance targets.
✅ Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub (experience with other marketplaces is a plus).
- Good understanding of product listings, SEO, catalog management, ads management, PPC, and marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple brands.
