About the Role
Carvel India is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Sector 54, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QSR/F&B operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Team Management
- Supervise, motivate, and lead store staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct staff scheduling and manage manpower efficiently.
- Train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement measures.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales growth and achieve store revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales reports and key performance indicators.
- Execute local store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve store profitability.
Inventory & Cash Management
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Handle daily cash reconciliation, deposits, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate operational and sales records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a QSR/F&B environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant/store operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with QSR, café, dessert, or retail food brands will be an added advantage.
