Job Summary
Artiviq is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence for the agency and its clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms along with a good understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars and coordinate with the creative/content team.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, video teams, and account managers to develop engaging content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, trends, and brand activations.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and overall brand communication.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align organic social media activities with paid campaigns.
- Track and analyse key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media reports and performance insights for clients.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and campaign performance.
- Participate in client meetings and present social media strategies, content plans, and performance reports.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
- Must be proficient in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing/Ads, and YouTube Marketing. Should have strong knowledge of paid social media campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation, conversion optimization, campaign budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing paid and organic social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, conversion funnels, lead generation, remarketing, and digital analytics.
- Should be comfortable working with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio/Analytics.
- Ability to prepare and present campaign performance reports, insights, KPIs, and recommendations to clients.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
