Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and fast-learning Business Development Intern to join our sales and growth team. You will be responsible for finding new market opportunities, building initial client connections, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, clients, and industries.
- Execute outbound lead generation strategies via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Pitch our services/products confidently to potential clients and schedule discovery meetings.
- Assist senior sales team members in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update data in our CRM pipeline.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Highly confident, resilient, and comfortable dealing with rejections during cold outreach.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building mindsets.
- Prior participation in college fests, public speaking, or corporate clubs is highly valued.
- Available for full-time, on-site operations in Indore.
