We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead engineering and maintenance functions in a plastic manufacturing plant. The role focuses on ensuring high equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving efficient plant operations.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
- Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Monitor and improve equipment performance and efficiency
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and EH&S; teams
- Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Strong experience in the plastic industry
- Knowledge of IMM, ISBM, and EBM machines
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of SCADA and other programming software
- Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance – Basic)
