Job Summary
The Hospital Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Ayurveda hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient administration, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and effective management of clinical and non-clinical staff. The role focuses on delivering excellent patient experiences while maintaining the standards of Ayurvedic healthcare.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, including OPD, IPD, Panchakarma, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support services.
- Ensure smooth coordination among medical, nursing, administrative, and housekeeping departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor hospital performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Patient Care & Experience
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve the patient experience.
Human Resource Management
- Supervise recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of hospital staff.
- Foster teamwork and maintain employee discipline and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Review revenue, billing, insurance claims, and financial reports.
- Support business development and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with NABH (where applicable), Ayush regulations, biomedical waste management rules, fire safety, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain hospital licenses and regulatory documentation.
- Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Inventory & Facility Management
- Oversee procurement and inventory of medicines, herbs, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of hospital infrastructure and medical equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Business Development
- Develop strategies to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, wellness partners, and referral physicians.
- Support marketing and community outreach programs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
