We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the skincare or beauty industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing and scaling high-budget campaigns (₹50 Lakhs+ monthly spend) across Meta and Google platforms, with a strong focus on driving ROI and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Manage, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns (₹50 Lakhs+ monthly spend) ensuring maximum ROI
- Develop and implement full-funnel performance marketing strategies for skincare products (awareness to conversion)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments
- Perform audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the skincare/beauty segment
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to design high-converting ad creatives aligned with skincare trends
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard
- Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling for large-volume ad spends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Proven experience in the skincare, beauty, or D2C industry
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-budget campaigns (₹50 Lakhs+ per month or higher)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and revenue growth
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking & pixel implementation
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and performance benchmarks
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with D2C skincare brands or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.)
- Understanding of consumer behavior in beauty/skincare segment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
