We are seeking an experienced PPC Team Lead to lead and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership skills, with proven expertise in managing performance marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
Core Expertise
- Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Conversion, Lead Generation, Retargeting, and Catalog Campaigns
- LinkedIn Ads: Lead Generation Forms, Sponsored Content, and B2B Audience Targeting
- Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and ACoS Optimization
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the PPC team to ensure the successful execution of paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, account structure, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and development teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid advertising best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing and PPC campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-budget, performance-driven campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
- Proven experience managing B2B paid advertising campaigns, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with clients in the Software Development, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, and Education sectors.
- Strong expertise in conversion tracking, web analytics, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver results within deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
