The Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and autonomous Speech-Language Pathologist to lead our pediatric speech and communication services. You will work with children presenting with a variety of developmental needs (e.g., autism spectrum, speech sound disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, feeding difficulties, and AAC needs).
Key Responsibilities
- Assess & Evaluate: Conduct comprehensive, standardized, and informal assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding skills.
- Innovate Therapy: Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, and highly engaging intervention plans.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with families, occupational therapists, behavioral specialists, and educators to ensure a holistic approach to the child's development.
- Empower Parents: Provide actionable parent coaching and home programs to ensure progress extends beyond the clinic walls.
- Shape the Center: Help select therapeutic materials, assessments, and contribute ideas to make Silsilay a state-of-the-art facility.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP / BASLP or regional equivalent).
- License: Active registration/licensure with the relevant national or local rehabilitation council (e.g., RCI in India, ASHA in the US, etc.).
- Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 1–3+ years] of experience in pediatric settings is preferred, but passionate newly licensed clinicians are welcome to apply!
