- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools and prepare quality reports.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and supplier quality issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Prepare documentation including SOPs, quality manuals, process flow charts, and inspection records.
- Train production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
