About the Role
Amend Dental Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager – Human Resources (Learning & Development and Recruitment) to lead talent development initiatives and support strategic recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Learning & Development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), campus recruitment, headhunting, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development
- Design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs.
- Develop training calendars, competency development frameworks, and career progression initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development outcomes.
- Manage and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Talent Acquisition
- Drive campus recruitment initiatives and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Manage headhunting activities for critical and leadership positions.
- Conduct and coordinate various interview processes, including screening, technical, behavioral, and managerial interviews.
- Develop talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
HR Operations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and hiring needs.
- Prepare HR reports, training metrics, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms.
- Proven experience in campus recruitment and headhunting.
- Strong understanding of interview methodologies and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Healthcare, Dental, Hospital, or Allied Healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.
