Core Competency:
- Strong hands-on experience in Node JS along with NestJS framework
- Hands-on experience in Angular version 16+
- Hands-On Experience developing REST APIs
- Exposure on Postgres/MongoDB will be plus
- Should be aware of DevOps, Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing is essential
- Practiced experience refactoring, implementing design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, system and application design, application security
- Knows how to deliver faster and with high quality using tools like GitHub Copilot
- Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and promote the principles of code reuse and modular design
- Experience in troubleshooting and leveraging the observability ecosystem, such as Datadog, Open Telemetry, to enhance application performance and reliability
- Must be able to work without supervision/direction; able to resolve technical hurdles independently
Required AI Competency:
- Generative AI (especially text-based implementations), LLMs, NLP, MCP
- Hands on experience with any of the Agentic AI frameworks such as Mastra, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
Eligibility:
Overall IT experience in range of 5 - 10 years
