About Us:
Dhanl4Lands has developed a mobile app that connects land buyers directly with owners, eliminating third-party brokers in real estate transactions.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a field-oriented executive to support our mobile app's data pipeline and customer-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit plot locations to collect high-quality photos and videos of listed properties
- Upload and organize plot media content onto the mobile app/platform
- Handle common customer enquiries related to app features, listings, and usage
- Assist prospective users with downloading and setting up the app
- Coordinate with owners/customers to ensure accurate and updated plot information
- Maintain records of visited sites and uploaded content
Requirements:
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred, for site visits)
- Basic smartphone/app proficiency
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Freshers welcome; prior field sales or customer service experience is a plus
Skills:
- Photography/videography basics (mobile)
- Customer handling
- Local area familiarity (Thiruvananthapuram district)
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
