We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to handle production planning and control for TFO, Warping, and Weaving (Waterjet & Airjet machines). The candidate will be responsible for smooth production flow, timely order execution, and efficient machine utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production for TFO, Warping & Weaving
- Align yarn preparation with loom production planning
- Monitor production vs targets and control delays
- Ensure on-time order execution and dispatch
- Plan yarn, beam, and raw material requirements
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Track machine efficiency, downtime & utilization
- Maintain daily MIS reports
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in textile weaving PPC
- Knowledge of Waterjet & Airjet looms, TFO & Warping
- Strong planning, coordination & problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MIS/ERP systems preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
