The HVAC Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and ventilation systems across the hospital. The role ensures optimal indoor air quality, temperature control, humidity regulation, and compliance with NABH standards, particularly in critical care areas such as Operation Theatres (OT), ICUs, NICUs, Laboratories, and Isolation Rooms. HVAC maintenance in hospitals includes systems such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and air filtration units, with preventive maintenance requirements emphasized under NABH standards.
- Operate, monitor, maintain, and repair centralized air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units, split ACs, exhaust systems, and ventilation units.
- Inspect HVAC equipment regularly and ensure uninterrupted functioning.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and pressure parameters in critical areas.
- Replace filters, belts, bearings, motors, thermostats, and other HVAC components as required.
- Ensure proper functioning of positive and negative pressure rooms.
- Must have Chillar Experience
Pay: ₹9,516.79 - ₹20,224.65 per month
