Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned sales and product-wise targets.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, stockiest, and distributors.
- Ensure regular coverage of assigned doctors and maintain an effective call plan.
- Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product information.
- Coordinate with stockiest and distributors to ensure product availability.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / BBA / MBA / Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
