Cafe Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage Service
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Manager – F&B Service to support daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead the service team effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant and café operations.
* Supervise and guide service staff to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns.
* Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and overall performance.
* Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, and bar teams for smooth operations.
* Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates.
* Train and mentor team members on service standards and SOPs.
* Manage reservations, guest flow, and table allocations.
* Oversee billing, cash handling, and settlement accuracy.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across service areas.
* Monitor inventory of service-related supplies and report requirements.
* Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
