We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can manage the company’s social media pages, create engaging content ideas, coordinate with designers/content teams, track performance, and help build a strong online presence for our brand.The ideal candidate should understand Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. They should be creative, consistent, and able to work with the marketing team to plan campaigns, reels, posts, product promotions, and brand awareness content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media handles including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and post regular content across social media platforms.
- Create content ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, product education, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, and marketing team members for content creation.
- Write captions, hashtags, post descriptions, and basic social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement on social media platforms.
- Track social media trends, competitor activity, and trending formats.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
- Support product launch campaigns, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and quality across all social media communication.
- Analyze post performance, reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign results.
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly social media reports.
- Help improve brand visibility and engagement through creative ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, offers, creatives, and approvals.
- Ensure timely posting and execution of social media plans.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Ability to create fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Basic copywriting skills for captions, hashtags, and post text.
- Knowledge of reels, stories, carousels, and short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling tools will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Basic reporting and analytics understanding.
- Interest in health, wellness, Ayurveda, herbal products, or FMCG will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, English, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or brand communication.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, beauty, or consumer product brands will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong creativity and practical social media knowledge may also apply.
