The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned clinics in the Idukki region, ensuring smooth clinical functioning, high standards of patient care, staff coordination, and operational efficiency. The role requires regular clinic visits, monitoring performance, implementing company policies, and supporting the growth and development of all assigned clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of assigned clinics.
- Conduct regular clinic visits to monitor workflow, staff performance, cleanliness, patient satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, pharmacists, reception staff, and management.
- Monitor clinic attendance, staff discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic infrastructure, medical equipment, pharmacy inventory, and overall facility upkeep.
- Coordinate with the HR department for staffing requirements, recruitment support, onboarding, and training.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor patient service quality and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Ensure all clinical records, reports, and documentation are maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines and medical consumables.
- Conduct periodic staff meetings, performance reviews, and provide operational guidance.
- Support marketing initiatives and community outreach activities to improve clinic visibility and patient footfall.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company SOPs, and quality standards.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the management in the interest of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, or hospital management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems is an advantage.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel frequently across assigned clinics in the Idukki region.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Owning a two-wheeler is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clinics effectively.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
