About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our clients' social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, campaign execution, community management, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for timely content.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with performance marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with content planning and campaign management.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is preferred.
