Check the availability for purchasing of Books after the approval from Library Sub Committee.
Monthly New Books to be Classified and accessioned.
Fiction and Nonfiction Books List to be Prepared and to be given for LSC meeting.
News letter and Club Websites after the final check list prepared.

Foreign and Indian magazines to be subscribed and their payment to be sent to consent Publishers before Renewal date ends
Monthly Books and Magazines Invoices to be Verified for payment of Concerned Book Centre
New Books of Best Sellers list (Fiction and Nonfiction) to be prepared for LSC meeting on everymonth for LSC approval
Club Members Books, Complimentary Books and Autographed Books of Authors Lists are to be prepared and Classified
Members Online Books Suggestion and General Suggestion to be Verified through club ID and library Mail ID
Monthly New Books purchased to be covered.
Every Month check list to be Prepared to inform Books Sellers towards the Late arrival of subscribed copies of Magazines and Ordered Books after the approval of LSC meeting
Fiction Books and Periodicals are Segregated for Sale for Club Members
1.)Collection of Old Newspapers for sale
2.)Magazies to be Subscribed for Sailing Club
3.)Preparation of Library Sub Committee Meeting
4.)Attending Children Library if any Staff on Leave and Weeklyoff day.
5.)Subscription of Magazines and Complimentary Copies of Magazines to be sent Sailing Club and other Department of club.
6.)Collecting Donated Books from Members and Its Information to put up for Library
Sub Committee.
7.)Xerox Machine maintanance and its work report to be maintained for record purpose.
Library minutes copy to be prepared and action taken report to be reported to my superior
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
