Junior Brand Growth Strategist (Trainee) Role Overview We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and ambitious Junior Brand Growth & Production Coordinator to join our fashion brand. This is a unique trainee role designed for a fresh graduate or entry-level candidate who is eager to learn the entire fashion ecosystem from the ground up. You will be thoroughly trained to handle 360-degree brand scaling—from managing our creative designers and third-party garment manufacturers (job workers) to driving sales across our e-commerce site, B2B, and D2C channels. You will initially focus on dominating our local market, with the explicit goal of preparing the brand for global shipping and international expansion in the future. Key Responsibilities (With Full Training Provided) 1. Production & Supply Chain Coordination Manufacturer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our external job working production partners and garment manufacturers to ensure production timelines are met. Design Team Management: Coordinate directly with internal or freelance fashion designers to translate sketches into tech packs and production-ready samples. Quality & Inventory Control: Track fabric sourcing, monitor production quality, and maintain optimal inventory levels to fulfill both e-commerce orders and B2B wholesale commitments. 2. E-Commerce & Omni-Channel Sales Growth Digital Storefront Management: Assist in uploading collections, writing product descriptions, and updating visual banners on our e-commerce website. Local Brand Promotion: Execute creative online campaigns (social media marketing, local influencer gifting) and offline promotions to grow local brand awareness and D2C sales. B2B Client Support: Help prepare digital wholesale catalogs and look books to attract and manage local B2B retail accounts. 3. Business Scaling & Roadmap to Global Expansion Data Monitoring: Track simple KPIs like daily website traffic, best-selling styles, customer feedback, and manufacturer delay rates. Global Market Preparation: Learn international shipping regulations, cross-border e-commerce requirements, and global fashion trends to help transition the brand from a local footprint to international distribution. Required Candidate Profile & Traits Education: Fresh Graduate with a degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Designing, Business Administration, Textile Technology, any Batcheler degree – B.sc / B.com / Diploma. Industry Passion: A deep, demonstrable love for the fashion industry, retail trends, e-commerce, Fashion photography, modelling, personal branding and brand promotion in every possible mode. Trainability & Mindset: High learnability, a "can-do" attitude, and the resilience to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Organization Skills: Excellent project management skills; ability to follow up rigorously with manufacturers, job workers, and creative designers. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle negotiations with suppliers and maintain professional relationships with B2B partners, Hindi will be an added advantage. Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked in ) and a willingness to learn Shopify/e-commerce dashboards, Excel, and analytics tools. Knowledge in AI : understanding and implementing latest AI tools for our business in effective manner , bridging our business with IT and to be more digitized . Open to travel
