Job Description
We are hiring Presales Executives to handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving conversions for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain project details to potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Requirements
- 2–4 years of presales/telecalling experience
- Real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
