We're looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive brand growth across our restaurant chain in Mumbai & Pune.
The Role
You'll own the full marketing function — bringing plans to life across our restaurant chain in Mumbai & Pune.
This is primarily an execution-focused role; strategy will be set collaboratively, but your strength lies in translating direction into flawless on-ground delivery — on time, on brand, and on budget. You'll work closely with operations, lead a design team, and be the bridge between brand vision and real-world results.
Strong execution skills — someone who can take a defined brief and run with it, managing multiple moving parts without losing momentum or attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Lead social media strategy, website content, and PR agency relationships
Support sales and ops teams with timely, brand-aligned collateral
Monitor competitive landscape and consumer trends to sharpen our positioning
Drive customer acquisition and retention programs
Build and nurture relationships with key industry partners and vendors
What We're Looking For
8+ years in marketing, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
Strong execution skills — someone who can move from strategy to delivery without losing momentum
Proven experience managing teams and external agencies
Comfortable working with budgets and tight deadlines
Sharp analytical mind with a collaborative, can-do approach
Excellent interpersonal skills — you build trust easily, internally and externally
