Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media Management Intern to support and grow our digital presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves content creation, gardening/nature, and digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing company with a meaningful mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging posts, Reels, and Stories across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in content planning and brainstorming ideas for garden tips, before-after transformations, plant care tutorials, and user-generated content.
- Handle community management — reply to comments/DMs, build engagement, and grow our follower base.
- Help shoot/edit short videos and photos (using phone or basic equipment).
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and lead generation.
- Support campaigns, collaborations, and trending challenges related to gardening and sustainability.
- Contribute to other marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation (Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, or any field with relevant skills).
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and preferably gardening/plants (not mandatory but a big plus).
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut/InShot, or other editing tools.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
