We are looking for a seasoned Event Management Specialist to join our team in Noida. This role is core to our operations, providing event planning and coordination services across our various clients in sectors like banking, manufacturing, and retail. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on our ability to deliver superior events that support our clients' digital transformation journeys.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all corporate and client events.
- Ensure all events align with the brand identity and objectives of our clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional events.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.
- Track event outcomes, including attendee feedback and ROI, to inform future event planning.
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Event Management, preferably within the IT services sector.
- Proven experience in BTL and Offline events.
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience working with clients in the banking, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in event management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented nature.
