Pattern Master – Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-ready patterns for woven & knitted garments.
- Create and modify patterns using CAD software.
- Handle grading, size sets, fitting, and pattern corrections.
- Ensure correct measurements, garment construction, and fit.
- Calculate and optimise garment average / fabric consumption.
- Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Merchandising & Production teams.
- Resolve fit and pattern issues during sampling and production.
- Maintain pattern records and ensure timely product development.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant Pattern Master experience.
- Strong CAD and pattern-making skills.
- Good knowledge of woven & knit garments, grading, fitting, and garment construction.
- Understanding of fabric behaviour and consumption.
- Experience with apparel brands/manufacturers/retail preferred.
Ideal Candidate: Technically strong Pattern Master who can independently manage Pattern Development → Grading → Fit Correction → Fabric Optimisation → Production.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
