As our Marketing & Community Management Intern, you will be the engine behind our digital presence, client-facing materials, and community engagement. You will work directly with our leadership team to translate complex financial and business concepts into compelling social media content and high-quality presentations. You will also foster connections within our WhatsApp community of founders and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Strategy & Ideation: Brainstorm and plan content calendars for Richcrest Advisors and the leadership team’s personal brands.
- Content Production: Design, write, and format highly engaging posts, graphics, and short-form copy tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Financial Storytelling: Translate financial insights, market trends, and advisory concepts into easily digestible content for founders.
2. Presentation Design & Deck Building
- Pitch & Advisory Decks: Create, format, and polish high-quality presentations (pitch decks, client proposals, workshop materials) using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
- Data Visualization: Turn complex data, financial tables, and strategic frameworks into clean, visually appealing charts and graphics.
3. Community Engagement (WhatsApp)
- Fostering Connection: Actively moderate and drive engagement within our exclusive WhatsApp community for founders.
- Value Delivery: Share relevant financial resources, startup news, and spark meaningful discussions to ensure the community remains a high-value space.
4. Partnership Building
- Outreach & Research: Identify potential partners (incubators, accelerators, venture funds, or startup networks) that align with Richcrest’s mission.
- Relationship Management: Assist in drafting outreach copy, preparing partnership presentation pitches, and managing follow-ups.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
