About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, handling admission counselling, and ensuring effective follow-ups to drive conversions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct admission counselling and guide potential clients throughout the admission process.
- Handle incoming leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions and admissions.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and update sales activity records regularly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in sales/admission counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Must own a laptop for daily work activities.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off).
