Job Title: QS & Billing Engineer (Residential Projects)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QS & Billing Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, contractor billing, client billing, cost control, BOQ preparation, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate project costing and timely billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Prepare and process RA bills, contractor bills, and client bills.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and certify bills.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra and non-BOQ items.
- Track material consumption and reconcile quantities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning teams, and procurement departments.
- Review work progress and maintain billing records.
- Support tendering activities and estimation when required.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–6 years of experience in QS & Billing functions for residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing procedures, and cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/estimation software.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Knowledge of contract management and project costing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
Salary
- As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Immediate joiners or candidates with residential project experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
