Business Development Executive
Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Development Executives who are passionate about IT services sales and building client relationships. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who possess excellent communication skills, a strong learning mindset, and an interest in technology consulting and global business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to connect with potential clients across international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing prospects.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Understand client business challenges and communicate Rishabh Software's service offerings effectively.
- Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Participate in preparing presentations, proposals, and business collateral.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in IT services sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in speaking with international clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, and lead generation techniques is a plus.
