Alpha Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil, Interior & Infrastructure to manage and deliver multiple projects across our campuses. The role involves end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring of new projects, renovations, extensions, and maintenance works, with strict adherence to timelines, quality, and budgets.
Plan, schedule, and monitor civil, interior, and infrastructure projects
Manage maintenance works, new construction, renovations, and extensions
Prepare project timelines, resource plans, and progress reports
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to design, quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution plans
Track project costs, variations, and timelines using MS Project / Primavera
Conduct site reviews and report progress to management
Close projects with proper documentation and handover
