Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Gifting Designer to conceptualize, design, and curate customized wedding gifting solutions that reflect each client's vision and style. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, knowledge of current wedding trends, and the ability to create memorable gifting experiences while coordinating with clients, vendors, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their gifting requirements, theme, budget, and preferences.
- Conceptualize and design bespoke wedding gifts, hampers, welcome kits, invitation boxes, trousseau packaging, and return gifts.
- Develop mood boards, gift concepts, packaging designs, and presentation ideas.
- Research and source unique products, materials, and packaging from vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare gift proposals, design presentations, and cost estimates for client approval.
- Coordinate with production teams, artisans, printers, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor product quality, packaging standards, and finishing to maintain brand excellence.
- Stay updated on wedding, luxury gifting, and packaging trends to introduce innovative ideas.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliveries are completed as scheduled.
- Collaborate with the sales, wedding planning, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to optimize quality and cost.
- Ensure all gifting projects align with client expectations and company quality standards.
