- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Humanities/Science/SocialSciences/Management/Education/Technology.
- Mandatory 50-hour CBSE-recognized training.
- Trained teachers are allowed if CBSE qualifications are completed within two years.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
5.1 Counselling & Wellness Teacher:
- Provide individual & group counselling.
- Deliver Social‑Emotional Learning (SLE) programmes.
- Identify at-risk students.
- Crisis intervention support.
- Teacher/parent sensitisation.
- Maintain confidentiality & records.
5.2 Career Counselor:
- Conduct career assessments, interpretation & counselling.
- Guide on higher education pathways through structured research (India + Global).
- Conduct Student/Parent counseling
- Collaborate with University/Industry
- Conduct workshops & exposure sessions.
- Maintain career documentation.
- Method of Recruitment:
Direct recruitment / Contractual.
