We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tech Talent Acquisition Associate with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our rapid growth. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and other specialized tech positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize a diverse range of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, focusing on long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Negotiate offers, extend employment contracts, and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and the competitive landscape in the Bengaluru tech market.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs, tech events, and networking opportunities.
